途观EA888发动机进气歧管的常见故障维修实例

前几日早上点火的时候，仪表盘上的发动机故障灯亮了，并且怠速时车身抖动的厉害。起初以为是EPC故障，但EPC故障灯并未亮起，行车电脑上也没有任何文字信息提示，熄火再点火故障灯仍然常亮。遂排除了是EPC故障的可能，用5053线检测后显示“进气歧管流道位置传感器/开关电路”间歇性故障。

将车开至4S店，技师师傅检测之后确认了我自行检测的结果，发动机进气歧管的开关坏了，要换进气歧管总成。店里没有件需要订货，于是在等待了漫长的两个星期之后，我的故障件终于到货，今天再次到店，进行更换进气歧管总成作业。



如何开车去4S店接车寒暄就不废话了，都是虚的，直接上图。

拿掉罩子，发动机一览无余，跑了4万多公里了，挺脏的，红框部分就是进气歧管总成，故障的部位在图上暂时还看不到。

技师开始拧各种螺丝，看不出途观发动机舱不大，里面塞的东西还不少，结合的非常紧密。

拔掉一堆管子，故障部位已经露出来了

看看吧，就是红框里的部位，球头上的连杆脱落，导致发动机进气歧管里的开关无法工作，不能控制进气量，从而引发怠速抖动，动力不足，油耗升高等一系列连锁反应。

散热器的两个风扇，一大一小，行驶途中发动机带动大风扇散热，熄火后电动马达带动小风扇散热，车辆熄火之后听到的风扇声就是那个小风扇发出来的。

据说是途观车型的多发故障，进口Tiguan也有这个问题，我这边好几个车主换过进气歧管

我这个也索赔过，13年2月索赔的，出保前几天。

发现120的时候，加速，不行了。

后来发现那个卡扣不对了，怀疑是拆水泵的时候给碰掉了

索赔了一个总成，呼呼看了一下材料费，3800，幸亏保内

趁着师傅干活的空档，到旁边溜了一圈，看到一辆事故车。开了3000多公里的新车，还没出磨合期，在路上不小心托了底，叫了拖车来运走，回去的路上拖车带着这辆车一起翻了，然后他就这样了，好悲催的车主...

故障的部位，看得很清楚了

仔细看红框部分，旧的进气歧管这里连接连杆的是一个塑料球头，使用的久了塑料部件磨损，连杆就掉下来了

新的进气歧管总成，这里已经做了改进，更换成了金属部件

我的3000转以上翻板拉杆会工作。而且也没有脱落的情况。
半年前清洗过积碳。
现在一直亮灯加P2015这个故障码。不想换进气歧管总成。
不知道是不是进气歧管位置传感器坏原因

额滴娘来，大块大块的油泥啊，心都要碎了... 想来想去，估计跟上个月去上海在江苏加的乙醇汽油有关，怪不得比别的地方便宜2毛，便宜没好货啊！

打完吊瓶，清故障码，维修完毕。



顺利点火，发动机不再抖动，怠速声音也较之前小了很多，开出4S店，轻点油门车就窜出去了，又恢复到了之前的动力。大功告成！



补充：发动机进气歧管故障是EA888发动机的常见故障，典型症状为发动机怠速抖动，行驶中动力不足，油耗升高，仪表盘发动机故障灯常亮。之前有两个青岛的车友也遇到了同类问题，其中一个还是进口，解决办法就是更换改进后的进气歧管总成，也就是将塑料部件换为耐用的金属部件。遇到同类问题的车友不必紧张，解决办法很简单，但是维修时间很长，基本上要2-3个小时，其中主要时间花在拆发动机上。更换部件完毕故障消失，一切照旧如初。
